  Have had nothing but problems with this store. Bought a gas fireplace insert, which to us, was an expensive investment. It broke a few weeks into installation. That happens, no problem. The problem has been with the store fixing this situation and returning our phone calls. Every time I call, the person who can help me is unavailable. It's been 3 weeks and still no resolution. Will certainly find a new retailer if we ever need to purchase fireplace or grill products again.
